Thank you for choosing Musil Mowing. By engaging our lawn care services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. These terms govern the rights and obligations between Musil Mowing and its clients.


1. Service Overview


Musil Mowing provides professional lawn care and yard maintenance services, including but not limited to mowing, edging, and trimming. Our services are available to both residential and commercial clients located in

Springfield and Battlefield, Missouri

.


2. Service Scheduling and Frequency


Musil Mowing offers recurring biweekly lawn maintenance services, as well as one-time service appointments, depending on availability. Clients will receive a recurring service slot on our route unless otherwise requested. We strive to maintain a consistent schedule, but please note that service days may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or equipment maintenance.


3. Client Responsibilities


Clients are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the property on scheduled service days. This includes:

Unlocking gates and securing pets. Removing toys, furniture, hoses, or other obstructions from lawn areas. Notifying us of any hazards or special instructions


Musil Mowing reserves the right to skip or reschedule service if access is blocked or unsafe.


4. Payment Terms


All payments are due upon completion of services. Invoices will be provided by email or on-site. We accept the following payment methods:


Cash, Checks made payable to Musil Mowing, Major credit cards


Failure to remit payment within 7 days of service may result in a late fee and suspension of future services until the balance is paid in full.


5. Cancellations and Modifications


Musil Mowing does not enforce a formal cancellation policy at this time. However, we kindly request at least

24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a service. Last-minute cancellations may result in delays to future scheduling, particularly during peak season.


6. Weather Policy


Service schedules may be affected by inclement weather, including heavy rain or extreme heat. In such cases, services will be postponed to the next available business day. We make every effort to communicate schedule changes promptly.


7. Limitations of Liability


While we take the utmost care in providing our services, Musil Mowing shall not be held liable for:


Damage to personal property left in the service area (e.g., garden decor, furniture, sprinklers, toys, etc.)Incidental damage to turf or landscaping due to standard mowing practices. Service delays due to acts of nature, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances


Clients are encouraged to inform us of any known hazards, fragile landscaping, or areas requiring special care.


8. Service Termination


Either party may terminate ongoing service at any time with written or verbal notice. We ask that clients provide at least 48 hours notice to allow for appropriate scheduling adjustments.
